I had brought them a 97 SHO to have a key made. I had trucked the SHO to them, because we didn't have a key. We left the truck, with the SHO on it. They called me about 6 hours later and told me they couldn't make the key. Then they had the 'balls' to charge me $275 for labor. I asked them what I was paying for and they told me they spent several hours working on it should pay for the labor.
I flat told them that if they couldn't do what I asked, then they will get nothing and drove my truck away with my SHO.
How hard is it to make a key?????
