Subject: My cam

Larry:

I’ve been reading the cam stories in the forum and it appears I’m a victim as of a week ago. One of the postings appeared to have Eric’s email addy in it so I dropped him a line a few hours ago, but I’m not sure it was the correct addy. I’d like to contact him about doing work on my ’98 or pointing me to someone in my area (Detroit). However, if I have to tow it to Chicago, I guess that’s what I’ll do. Can you get me pointed in Eric’s direction so that I can contact him about doing the work. I’d say it’s a cam issue. It’ll run, but just barely, with lots of top-end noise. About 120K on the odo. Also, I just changed the oil the week before and when engine decided on a “time out , it was down three quarts.

Thanks,

Scott Adams
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
