3. Where did the malfunction take place unknown

7. Estimated date of purchase, new or used? Ford Motor Credit finance so it must have cost a lot

11. Customer service phone # you called and the name of the person you talked to. (if you can remember) I would image the Ford Motor Company dealer they purchased the vehicle from. (most likely a Mercury dealer in VA. since it has Mercury logo keys and dealer name.
