3. Where did the malfunction take place (highway, city streets, driveway, parking lot, etc.) – Highway returning from purchasing SHO.

10. Brief description of the time of events leading towards the malfunction. (what did you hear and see before, during, and after the malfunction) - Engine started missing and appear to be running at half power stalled.

Dealer said it would cost about $600 to determine the problem, however once they remove the engine they believed it was a cam related problem and cost about $14,000 to repair..
14. What was the cause of failure determined by the dealer? Believe it to be a cam problem
15. What was the cause of failure determined by you? Both rear cam gears dislodged from their stationary position on the camshaft causing loss of power which resulted in catastrophic engine failure.
16. How much was your statement? (I hope you kept your receipt) Ford Estimate $14,000 and recommended replacing with a new engine Ford did no have.
17. What can FOMOCO do to make you a satisfied Ford owner? Provide the appropriate repairs.
