Bob I rather doubt it is 4.2L, I suspect it is 3.4L like all others.

As to the owners club,
I don't think I will be buying the car, now. Bear in mind my regular car is a BMW 745, and as yet I have seen no evidence that the SHO will provide a quicker ride.
