I have a report for the dealer feedback page. I bought my 1999 Black SHO in September of 2003 with 49,969 miles from a used car dealer. I now have 52,100 miles on it. I had it serviced at my local ford dealership last November before I put it away for the winter. I had them perform a oil and filter change with redline synthetic and had the the transmission serviced with a new filter. I brought them redline racing ATF and they said I couldn't use it and put in Mercron V. They also flushed the coolant. I would rate the dealership a nine. I am sure I could have used the ATF in the car but they didn't even call to say they couldn't, they just put in the Mercron V. The service adviser was very polite and it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to any Alaskan. Right now I am on my third try trying to get the right push pin retainers for the windshield cowl. They just keep getting the wrong thing?
