Where is it and how do I change it?
Breen, before you holler at me, I did look on the website, didn't find it. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough. Fell free to point me in the right direction. LOL ;)
Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor
Disconnect battery ground cable.
Raise vehicle on hoist.
Remove RH front wheel and tire assembly.
Remove RH front fender splash shield retaining screws and remove splash shield.
Disconnect the engine control sensor wiring from the crankshaft position sensor (CKP sensor).
Remove crankshaft position sensor retaining bolt and crankshaft position sensor from the engine front cover.
Stupid Crank Sensor!
Broke the bolt holding it in,
broke the sensor- had to punch it out from the other side.
Good thing the motor is on a stand and not in the car.
