It's great to see some legal action getting started. I can't fathom the thought that Ford refuses to assist financially with customers who have cam failures solely due to a design flaw. My name is Don Whitfield and I've experienced the cam failure with my SHO in tip top condition. Own a 97 SHO with the failure occurring with 54,678 miles. The ford mechanic stated it was a bad design and couldn't guarantee that the new cam or the other existing cams would not fail due to the poor design. Let me know if you need any information from me as I did proceed with the outrageously costly repairs from Ford. I would like to be included in the suit.
