Well, now I think we should list it. Ticking is most likely either noisy injectors or impending doom.

Hi! I notice you mention that the car needs to have the cams welded. Is the car running (drivable), or have the cams failed? Is the upper end making funny noises (clatter under the valve covers)?

The car is not listed on the website, but it is still running. I have emailed the seller to see if he's got noise under the valve covers. Maybe premature to list as a failure? I tell every owner I see that his V8 SHO "needs to have the cams welded."Brad Bender
