Just wanted you all to know that there may be 2 different sizes for the alt pulley. I went to install the kit today, Which consists of (From the Web Page)
The kit as I received it was 1. alt pulley and 1. Power steering pulley. Water pump pulley does not exist. And a belt
The other Night Mike Hurder and Mike Holhut were here for the installation of the power steering pulley, the ALT is 100% inaccessible unless you swing the sub frame out of the way, which I pulled today. I pulled off the pulley and went to install the New SHO SHOP under drive pulley and it does not fit, it is loose on the shaft and hits the housing of the ALT when on the shaft. SO needless to say it does not fit the car I hope no one is going through the install on the ground and trying this.
I have the ASP under drive pulley for the Crank and using the power steering UDP that does fit you need the 89.5 inch belt. The one that I’m using is
G4060895 - GATORBACK BELT - GOODYEAR - N/A - BF
Side Note***** the amount of Power Steering assist is greatly reduced. I would say about the same as when the SARC is disabled. I like it a lot and when I disable my SARC now it feels like my uncles 67 Coronet with out power steering.
