The Gen 3 chassis is one of the most ridged of any car made and specifically the front strut towers are tied into the firewall structure much better than Gen 1-2 SHOs . Still under high forces it can use bracing to control wheel camber. Vadim at the SHO Shop sell a nice brace for $199 and it is an easy do-it-your-self install.
Simply remove all the nuts on the top of each strut tower and one hold down which supports a hose on the intake manifold.
The brace goes under the hose. Start all the strut tower nuts before tighting them down.
Thanks to Mark Hlady for this photo. Mark painted the brace to match his car.
