Gregory D. King Cam Failure #368
I bought my SHO from a used car dealer. I was told it had a miss maybe needed plugs etc.
After replacing front plugs, it ran better. I got no compression on all back four cylinders. I then checked the internet and found your site.
I pulled the back valve cover and sure thing, I could move the rear exhaust cam sprocket by hand while shaft remained still.
I removed the back cam and could spin the sprocket around the shaft freely.
I have access to a new cam. I don't know if there is internal damage. Car ran, no odd sounds just no power. What do you think I should try to do??
