RE: Tim Wright, et al v. Ford Motor Company.

As many of you may know our most recent motion was entrusted to the court on September 8, 2006 for determination of class action status.

Our attorneys on our behalf have recently made a "Plaintiffs' Motion for Status Conference" which is scheduled on December17th 2007.

When I know more I will share it here.
