10. Brief description of the time of events leading towards the malfunction. (what did you hear and see before, during, and after the malfunction) I opened the hood to adjust my lights after coming home from work one day. the ticking was not not noticeable when the hood was closed but reasonably loud when open. engine did not act like it had a problem, the only noticeable thing was the ticking.

11. Customer service phone # you called and the name of the person you talked to. (if you can remember) I immediately called Kirk Doucette to have my cams welded because i had caught it early enough.

15. What was the cause of failure determined by you? -camshaft (one of the exhaust ones)

16. How much was your statement? (I hope you kept your receipt) $850 from Kirk- a very good number, thank god I caught it when I did

17. What can FOMOCO do to make you a satisfied Ford owner? - pay my bill ($850)
