Hey all…
Just thought I would let you all know that Cam Failure #824 is alive and well
after 17months of hibernation. I did all the work myself. I cleaned all that
could be cleaned, replaced all the hoses, gaskets, spark plugs and rotated my
coils. Wrapped the wires behind the surge tank in Kevlar sleeving, replaced the
EGR sensor, and did some cosmetic work as I screwed up my engine cover. Anyway I
am now going to tackle the lower ball-joints and lose the SARC struts for some
KYB’s. Cobra front brake kit and some RSA JH8 18” wheels are on order. I thank
you guys for all the info, and I know I don’t write much, but I read every
e-mail. You all take care!!

In time, I need to buff the paint... unfortunately it had to sit outside
in the elements. But it still has some shine. buffing it this weekend too... I
drove it to work today, trans is shifting a little weird, but it smoothed out
fine. 190k miles i guess it would do that. Again thanks for the support!!
