Sure
Yes sure did, anyone can go on the FATT days as long as its not full. You have to come to the convention to get on this track!!! And no its not cheating J I was inspecting the course to make sure it would be ok for the others J
They are not Panther Plus pads, they are PG PLUS from Raybestos. I know you like the Carbotechs, I did too but these seem much better and are a lot cheaper. I will continue to beat them up to see if I can kill them before the convention. But there was next to zero wear on them and the braking was much improved over the dead Carbotechs.
I’m doing a big upgrade on the car in the next few months and cant use the stock size for much longer. If I get the upgrade done quickly I will send you out the pads to try on your car (free)
I really can’t get over how well his car did on the track! If my brakes didn’t give out I don’t think he would have gotten around me but he did. The cars were very evenly matched with his mods vs mine. I will have the bushings on the car very soon!

OK to put all this on FAQ? You got some practice on Summit point before the convention? Isn't that cheating?
BTW how do you like the panther plus? Want to write something on them for FAQ?

Sure will! Paul was pushing me in every corner; He has the best setup I have ever seen in any SHO. And was amazed by his cornering ability.
The subframe connectors and solid subframe connectors are the way to go for anyone that wants to really race their GEN 3. Also as like urban legend has it that the solid sub frame bushings will give a harsh ride and transmit all the road through the car and make it un drivable, this may be the case in a Gen 2 but its another case of no one doing it before and the rumors float around from the older SHO guys that have done it.
The Gen 3 with this set up rides as rough with this setup as a set of HARD RSA’S would ride. It was smooth with almost 0 noise or vibration. As a matter of face it rode better than mind did last year while my SARC was messed up.
So that legend of the solid bushings causing all that is like the 3.2 wont bolt up to a 3.0 --is 100 percent FALSE. Go get it done
Hey Paul now tell them that you could not catch me on the straights though, by the next time we meet you will be the apprentice and no longer the master, while typing this I got my email back about the 13. Something brakes (I forget the size) and will have them this week.
Next time I would like to see what the right side of your suspension looks like though J
The instructor was yelling at me as we were coming down from about 70 in to a hard left corner I should have been looking beyond I was going but couldn’t help notice my mirror was all Toreador red and seeing Paul trying a Jimmy Spencer move on my inside. J
To sum it up Faster cars don’t have that much of an advantage even on a large track like Summit if you cant get it stopped and can be out handled.

Tell them the truth Kirk, you were being pushed around the track by a '97 wanting to paint your bumper with a bit of red! That is until one of the rear struts let loose. :(
I had "freshened" brake fluid and good OEM pads with no brake problems.
