Took off the pulley today and looky here. Seems the pulley is still intact but there was some silicone that was under the washer that must have worked loose. The bolt was still the major PITA to get off and not loose but where the washer contacted the pulley is buggered up. The crank, the surface that the pulley makes contact with the crank and key are all good. I'll see if the OEM quiets things down but time is running out.
You can also see the comparison between the two pulleys. The OEM is 6.5 lbs and the ASP is 5 lbs.

I have a SHO Shop UDP, still no issues at 106k but I think that I shall keep my OE pully.
