Content preview: I have a 1997 sho with aprx. 90000 miles on it not really sure. I just purchased the car from a guy that couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to the ford dealer spent 250$ and they told me it was the TPS bull SH##. This thing runs like the cats are clogged (maybe a whole 15hp). But I had a new exhaust system put on that's not it. Well I did some work on it pulled the intake the plugs on the front side were shot no electrodes whatsever the back covered with oil umm well my thought maybe it just needs plugs since the ford dealer said the only problem was the TPS. Well that wasn't it still ran like crap. I pulled the intake again pulled the plugs did a compression test no compression on the back bank cylinder 1&2 no compression 3&4 about 80lbs. I don't know much about these cars to me this screams blown head gasket but would this be caused by the cam failure. [...]
