WA State Cam Fest

new 1/13/03

I mentioned last week or so that I was looking to do cam welds on 1/25/03 up at my office in Arlington, WA. A couple guys replied and are interested. I am going to have to reschedule due to a conflict with my welder, the date is now Saturday, Feb 1st.

I am doing my car & spare engine, and he is willing to do others also while he is here. We are not doing this turn-key- you would need to bring your car, tear down the top end and expose the cams, and reassemble it. We'll certainly be here to help out, but we are not doing the FPS/Kirk style routine at this time. I'm just offering to let in any other SHO owners in on this option. My welder says he'll take $185 for each car he welds up. If you absolutely do not want to get your hands dirty or just can't do this work let me know and I'll see what I can come up with.

We have a large shop that would allow us to knock out a few cars once we get rolling. There is a NAPA & a Shucks within a mile of the shop if you need to grab some stuff while we work.

If you are interested in joining in on this please let me know as soon as possible. If we get a large group we can also run into Sunday. Email or give me a call and we'll make this happen.
