Aluminum Subframe Connectors are metal donuts that replace the rubber bushings, and Rear Subframe Connectors are two long square tubes that are welded under the floor pan. The Gen 3 SHO already has a very stiff chassis but Paul Nimz has been working on making it more stiff. - Buford
I finally put the back Al sfb in yesterday. These seem to transmit some harshness to the body seeing as they are right under you. You will notice every tar strip but with the SARC active it's not to bad. The tires don't help either.

But did your rattling stop!!??
the struts rattle when new!!!!!!!
If I were to do it again I would not change the rear bushings of the subframe.
Not enough gain for the trade off in ride. I would change the fronts though. And
add the rear SFCs. And the vacuum switch, at night with lights, stereo and CC
fan on it's like adding 20 HP.
